Hema sai latha is a petite child & the apple of her mother’s eye. Her mother is HIV+ & her father died of AIDS just a month before she was to be operated. To add insult to injury, her grand father died while Hema was recuperating in the hospital . Both the mother & daughter were not informed of this tragedy. Today after a complex surgery supported by Hrudaya, this little girl is the picture of health and hope. She is a bubbly playful child enjoying school like any other girl her age.

Jason Varghese ,who is deaf and dumb, is an only child. and both his parents are deaf & dumb . He grows up in the loving care of his grand parents who are in their 70’s .At that age anything would be a burden & especially a child who has an added problem of a heart complication. With meager finance & little strength, Jason’s grand father never thought he would live to see his grandson healthy, until he came to Hrudaya Foundation. From then on he was a relieved man, as Hrudaya foundation took up his case & funded the surgery done by Dr.G.C Mannam. Today Jason’s grandfather says he would die in peace to know that he has done his best for his otherwise handicapped grandson.

Robert Varikuti’s father hardly made ends meet being an auto driver in a village near Ongole. He ran from pillar to post trying to raise funds for a highly complicated heart surgery, which many of the hospitals turned down. When he heard of Hrudaya foundation & entered the premises of the office thinking it was going to be another saga of long waits & deflated hopes .He was pleasantly surprised when the way was paved so quickly for his son’s surgery. At one juncture his parents didn’t think he was going to make it. He was a pillar of strength to his parents & after a long fight came out of the hospital a very jubilant child. Today he has a sparkle in his eyes, & he & his family are very grateful to the Donors of Hrudaya cure a little heart who gave him a life again.
